Organized by Pietro Monopoli, founder of Monopoli Gallery in Milan, Argilla Frattura brought together the six artists of Gruppo Cosmo for a collective exhibition at Matteo Mauro Studio in Milan's Lambrate Design District — the same studio where Daniel worked during his time studying at Domus Academy.
The exhibition ran April 9–16, 2026, and included work by Alessandro D'Aquila, Davide Baroggi, Francesco Demofetta, Waro, Matteo Mauro, and Daniel Pontoriero. Ceramic, painting, digital art, and sculpture in dialogue — assembled within a working studio environment that gave the show an immediacy rarely found in formal gallery settings.
The Gruppo Cosmo exhibitions represent an ongoing relationship between Daniel and Monopoli Gallery — a curatorial partnership that began with Castello Belgioioso and has continued to place his ceramic work within Milan's contemporary art conversation.
